"I’ve been so happy with the service and the quick response after my accident. I tended to forget to pay my auto insurance when it wasn’t on auto pay and Jim’s office always called me a few times so my insurance didn’t go delinquent. "I was charged twice for a premium on the wrong account, offered no apology for the inconvenience and overdraft fees, and was told I would be refunded my check through the mail by Katherine. I had gotten great service for the last two years but this experience really put a damper on working with State Farm locally"

"I've had multiple phone calls from employee Lily Nordyke at Jim's office and to be honest, she's my niece, so of course I think she's wonderful. BUT she has been SO professional in those calls! I'm always like, wait, who is this?! Really, she's very professional and helpful and if she wasn't able to answer my question, she directed me to someone who could. :)"

"Insanely expensive, typical greedy insurance company. I thought switching from god awful Progressive back to State Farm was a good idea. I was wrong. My rates have more than doubled! They're no help on the phone either."

I am very illiterate with modern devices as I am graduating from a 2005 Cell and unaccostomed to these space age contraptions. He was patient, kind, and very thoughtful. GREAT JOB, ALEX!"

"If I could rate it zero stars that is where this organization belongs. I was with State Farm for nearly 40 years before ever maki9ng the first claim. and due their adjuster's inability to make it to where i chose to have my vehicle fixed, by law that is your right, because it was not in their preferred list of gougers, it took them over a month to get out to the body shop. Well, my rental car coverage only lasts for one month, so it took 29 days for him to show up, and another 11 days to fix the vehicle. So, I am well over the month allotted. Well assuming since this is their problem with the adjuster's scheduling, and I had not hand in this at all that they would waive the additional rental fees. Think again arrogant kuhlmann argued with me to the end. I called corporate with the same dead air. So, I thought well I really don't want to change insurance companies, but I wanted to get away from the dishonest und under handed behavior of kulhman. So, I switch to jeff mills SF agent. Well about the same time I purchased another new 2018 GMC vehicle that was new on the lot in 2019. When I had switched insurance to mills, I went to his office and he came out copied some info and we went back in I signed some papers, and then made my payments. When I got the new vehicle, I followed thew same procedure went over to mills office and he goes out looks at it copies some things down and tells me how much it is a month. I go off and continue to pay my monthly payments and, in the meantime, I add my house coverage to my sf policy. Advance time a little more than a year, i am wanting to pay off my pickup so come to find out, the insurance that I was paying on wasn't even the vehicle in my possession, so the bank went ahead and applied their overpriced insurance to cover my loan value. Hell, I am thinking this is a simple mistake made by sf and this will be squared away no problem. The amount in question is not a trivial amount for most people the number is $25K. sf to this day has not even responded to many requests to make this right. I even offered to split the difference even though this was 1000% their fault. Think twice before faithfully paying and never making a claim for 40 years and when you do this is how you will get treated if you deal with sf. Proceed with caution, do a web search this is not an isolate instance of custom abuse and downright stealing money because they were wrong and won't admit it. Luckily this was only $25K most insurance adventure into the land of grifting and gouging customers, most claims are well over $100K today. So, if trust your future and your financial stability to someone who is dishonest and untrust worthy you found the right agent sign up now, but don't say you weren't warned."

We are limited to the coverage on your policy… but I can appreciate that when things take longer to get fixed than expected, you would hope there could be an exception. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve our offerings and ensure a better experience for all our customers in the future. Sorry to hear things continued to be frustrating when you changed agents. We want to learn from this and get better. We hope this will help us ensure our customers receive the best service possible."
